Academic Coaching

Unlocking Student Potential and Providing Long-Term Academic Solutions

“You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives.”

– Clay P. Bedford

Are you tired of worrying about your teen’s academic performance and the consequences it might have on their future opportunities?

What if I told you that I could alleviate those concerns and inspire confidence and motivation in your teen in less than three months?

AE Academy’s Peak Performance Program is a virtual coaching program designed to help students develop core learning skills, uncover intrinsic motivation, and improve in school and beyond.

The Peak Performance program is for your child if…

They would benefit from academic support outside of traditional schooling

➱ You believe education requires a more holistic approach that focuses on whole-child development, as opposed to memorization and regurgitation

They are not motivated and don’t have goals or ambition

➱They don’t handle stress well, and things fall apart when their academics go poorly

➱Your attempts to provide accountability result in fights and arguments

This online program includes twelve weeks of 1-on-1 coaching, tailored to meet the needs of each individual student.

Students will learn fundamental academic skills and discover the motivation to sustain their long-term academic success.

Content and subject support will be provided, but school assignments will not be the only focus as opposed to other academic tutoring and coaching.

This package includes lesson notes, session reminders for parents, and unlimited text or emails for students. I can also provide reports to teachers per your request.

Program Benefits

Does your teen lack motivation/drive and priorities things other than school?

Do you have to nag and remind your teen to do their homework?

Do they seem trapped in a cycle of turning in work only to fall behind again?

You are not alone, and your concerns are valid.  Many students struggle with motivation, demonstrate more interest in video games than academics, and lack the skills to stay on top of their assignments.

Unfortunately, schools are often ill-equipped to help teenagers correct this pattern of behavior, and teenagers are at a developmental stage where they are less likely to listen to their parents.

AE Academy’s 1-on-1 coaching program directly addresses these challenges and provides a fresh start for your teen to develop the healthy habits and routines they need to succeed.

Parents are also involved in AE Academy’s coaching approach. While your teen is enrolled in the coaching program, you will receive regular tips and suggestions on how you can best connect and support your teen.

By the end of AEA’s Peak Performance Program, your teen will:

Happy Parents

John is more than a tutor. He’s a teacher, a mentor, and an educational coach. One that made a huge difference for my kids and my family.

Bright kids with learning differences benefit from his positive, structured approach that builds their strengths and self-esteem and supports them where they need extra help.

My son was often on cloud nine after John left because the stress had lifted – he felt empowered and understood.

John worked very closely with me to find the best way to help my boys, so his approach was always tailored for them. He bonded with my boys and us as a family and helped us all become “unstuck” and grow.

The teenage years can be academically challenging, and I couldn’t have made it through without his support and guidance.
